What is the CSU Clinical Research Study?

  • A study for adults, adolescents and children with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) or chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU) who remain symptomatic despite the use of antihistamines.

Do you qualify for this study?

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are between the ages of 6 and 80 years old
  • Have been diagnosed with CSU or CIU more than 6 months ago
  • Have ever had a presence of itching and hives for more than 6 consecutive weeks

What can you expect if you enroll?

Participation includes:

  • Subcutaneous (under the skin) injection of investigational drug or placebo
  • 5 onsite visits for approximately 10 months
  • Study procedures and monitoring of side effects throughout
